"Although she was my trainer, I considered her a friend..."
I had the honor of having Brittany as both my coach and my trainer when I was in high school and when it comes to running, swimming, lifting, injury prevention, and so on, I can confidently say that no one compares to her expertise. She not only has the knowledge of these sports inside and out, but she has the credentials as she was a heavy accoladed athlete, record breaker, and trailblazer for women's running.

I have trained with Brittany for over ten years, and I would not be where I am today if it weren't for her. She helped me grow both as a runner, and as a person. She pushed me to be the best athlete I could be through her tailored running and strength programs. With Brittany's help, I am proud to have won multiple state titles, All American honors, and a college scholarship.

I have looked up to Brittany since I ran cross country in high school. I went on to dance in college and upon graduation, I fell out of a routine and lost my love of working out, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Brittany helped me find a love for being the best version of myself again. I look forward to working out with her and following the meal plans she gave me. Although she was my trainer, she felt more like a friend and she pushed me to be better because she wanted me to feel good in my skin.

My daughter began training with Brittany during middle school. Not only did Brittany train her through HS, but also mentored her through her extremely successful HS career and was a huge supporter of Alyssa through college. Much of her success was due to the training and mentoring she received from Brittany.
